- The ink absorber is almost full,
- Error 5B00,
- Error P07,
- Blink 7 times,
- Blink 8 times,
- The ink absorber becomes almost full,/
- Error E08,
- Error E07,
- Error 6C10,
- Error 5B02
Step 1: Enter Service Mode
- Turn off the printer.
- Press and hold the Stop/Reset button.
- Press and hold the Power/On button.
- Release the Stop/Reset button (the Power/On button is still pressed).
- Press and release the Stop/Reset button 4 times.
- Press and hold the Stop/Reset button.
- Release the Power/On and Stop/Reset buttons together.
Note: After both buttons are released, the Power/On indicator will blink green for a while and then will light up green constantly.If after following steps 1-7 the green light is not constant but the printer continues to show an error, it means you made a mistake in steps 1-7. Turn off the printer and repeat step 1.
