To reset the Canon Pixma iX6850 printer, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Enter Service Mode

• Turn off the printer.
• Press and hold the Resume button.
• Press and hold the Power button.
• Release the Resume button (while still holding the Power button).
• Press and release the Resume button four times.
• Press and hold the Resume button.
• Release both the Power and Resume buttons simultaneously.

"After both buttons are released, the power indicator will blink green for a while and then the green light will stay on continuously.

If after following steps 1-7 the green light does not remain continuously but the printer continues to display an error, you have made a mistake in steps 1-7. Turn off the printer and repeat step 1."
